Problem is, how high do you have to go to get him (if that's who they really want) Going up to 7 would probably take both 3rd rounders. Going up to 10 would more than likely only cost a 5th.

With that said, I think they are stock piling picks so they can stock pile players. It's 2006 all over again, they want to get as much fresh blood in as possible.

Going to ten will be much more than a fifth. Probably a third and is be fine with it to get cooper

I believe the Browns traded 2 first rounders to move up 1 spot last year so I don't think a first and 2 3rd's would get us up to 7
