I don't see people crying over all the males shot every year. Why do crimes that happen to females require so much more media attention than all of the others? Spoiler alert: They don't. Women and white knights just pollute social media with it so it seems more prevalent. Everyone deals with the same psychos regardless of gender. Women have been screaming for equality for forever. Men don't have "feel sorry for us" seminars. Nothing comes out of these death threats and it's not only females receiving them. If I were a betting man I'd bet a large sum of money that more males have received death threats in the gaming industry than women and it wouldn't even be close. I wish the media heads representing the female gender would make up their minds on whether they want us to regard females as equals or to treat them like a wounded, endangered animal. Because they're asking for both and that's not how it works.
