It's starting to be frustrating that the only way to really win in the NFL is to have a good QB, and it seems pretty hard to get one. Lots of NFL teams are eternally stuck.

You've pretty much always needed at least a Flacco level good QB to be a contender, at least as far back as I have been watching. I can't ever remember a team truly contending for a Super Bowl with a Geno Smith type, bottom 5 starting QB.
