I would not recommend buying one from Toys R US, they are just too cheaply made. Check out the Rainbow dealers in your area; they are overpriced, but you do get quality for the high dollar.
If you want something high quality and don't want to pay Rainbow pricing, then building your own.

I built my own using the plans from this website:

Using treated lumber from my local store. It will be here when my kids' kids' need a playhouse.
The plans are great. And if you take the time to roundover the edges with a router and countersink the bolt heads, it will look as good as anything on the market too.

Rainbow will also come out and replace rotten/broken pieces. If your kids are young and you intend to keep it for the next ten years or so, perhaps Rainbow is the way to go.
