He said she actually got a pi to see where he was going like he was still with her or something....lol..he didnt care, he is seeing the new woman out in the open....I always thought an affair as people call it was something you hide....lol...doesn't sound like an affair to me...

Doesn't matter hiring a PI in Louisiana is about as big of scam as realtors. Nothing stands in court except pics of intercourse or written proof. As in a confession. Recording phone calls means nothing neither do text messages. Yes the person will have no doubts personally but as far as court goes only one thing is "supposed" to count as cheating.
