absolutely, but there was nothing about the first half turnovers that should have rendered the defense "overworked" for the second half when LSU's O scored 24 points. Maybe the offense scoring that much in the 2nd half put an "unnecessary strain" on the defense which caused them to give up the 14 play drive at the end for OM's game winning FG.

how can you look at the two halves in a vacuum like that? do you think players are just good as new in the second half? LSU had to play a lot of extra, unnecessary defense in the first half. this came back to bite them in the second half.


the fact that you are obsessing over one game shows that 1) you have some deep seeded issues
2) your argument that Chavis wasn't very good at his job is not very strong.
