I know the cat. Sat with him face to face. He operated on my wife. He called me on my cell immediately afterwards to talk to me about it. He looked me right in the face and assured me that other than my wife and I, nobody wanted her to be healthy more than him. He walked the walk. He made things happen.

Do I know him personally beyond all that, no. Am i prone to believe what I know until I see otherwise, absolutely. I will knight for him until I see that nor charges are filed. At that time, if it comes, I will accept that my assumption of his personal life was wrong. But, in no way will I ever say that it took away from his skills as a physician, hid bedside manner, his approach to medicine and his care for his patients.
