I don't know everything about him but City Park is thriving. The new tennis facility is EXTREMELY NICE! It isn't cheap to play and its always packed. The dog park is also really nice and a lot of people use it. Something tells me these hipsters don't want to pay a dime to use any of the facilities. I can definitely see a new nice golf course performing the same way.

there is only one way to keep the undesirables out and that is $$$$$$ .... so there will always be opposition to the progress of this city ....
