yeah, no. Some kids are just little shits. Some have true mental issues. Parenting is 99% of it, agreed. But not every act of a child is the fault of a parent.

Again, qualify this statement. A child certainly doesn't need to be bullied to the point of physical/mental abuse. But, like it or not, the rough and tumble lessons of life need to be learned at a young age and bullying is part of that. Its just that kids today have a tendency to take it to extremes relative to what previous generations experienced.
