Mikkeller...Drain Pour
Ouch. Expensive drain pour, though sadly par for the course.

Apparently Blackstone has changed their brewer in the past couple of years and has really stepped up their game. From what I've been told, their reputation before was a run of the mill brewpup. Now, they are putting out some good beers (Hop Jack, Adam Bomb IPA, Barista Brew) and have gained some "cred" at the local craft beer stores and growler filling stations.
They've had some good stuff lately. Used to just be their porter was their only good beer. I had their tripel at Christmas and it was legit. Also recently had their Hop Jack and Oatmeal Stout and was mildly impressed.

Fat Bottom just released a Java Jane coffee porter. I need to walk on over and try it. I'm not a huge fan of their beers, but they did make this with Drew's Brews coffee. He roasts some damn fine beans, so I'd like to try this beer.
Have you had Wiseacre's coffee beer? Coffee is over the top, in a good way.

SBD was a Hopitoulas with dinner at Barcadia/Curbside.
TBD was a Horny Goat peanut butter porter next door at Chimes. I'll be honest, this one is one of the best peanut butter beers I've had. Huge PB aroma that I couldn't get enough of. More of a dessert beer, but I'd buy more.

No? I'm a fan of the Ananda IPA and Saison though. I'll keep my eyes peeled.
