Snorting cayenne pepper is supposed to cure migraines.

I've never tried it, tho.

I had a legit migraine for two days about 5 years ago. I would rather have a finger cut off than deal with that again. I was debilitated. Since then, I have the utmost sympathy for those that have them.

It's almost always processed foods. Try a diet for a week of just raw, cooked by your own hand stuff. I used to get headaches and migraines every week. I switched to a 75% veggie/fruit diet. Cut out all processed foods including enriched breads, and haven't had a problem since.

The only consistent trigger for me is avocados. Sucks because I love me some guacamole.
