Are they as healthy as they claim?
They do not claim anything inaccurate. But, they are deceiving because people think things are healthy that aren't. They only have a few without turbinado, and those are probably the best for you.

Any OTer's drink these things to help lose weight?

A successful "diet" or routine isn't based on one location, one item or one meal but rather an overall approach. You can still have pizza, smoothies, burgers and even friend foods and loose weight, but slamming a 32oz Angel Food while you're cooking your chicken breast and quinoa won't do you any good in terms of weight loss.
Also, do't get confused by automatically assuming weight loss = healthy. If the focus is health, the weight will come off. if the focus is weight loss, chances are you will forego some health and likely gain the weight back like alot of other people do.
Focus on changing your lifestyle, not changing your "diet".

Have to ask them to hold turbinado (sugar) and rinse the strawberries. At home use unsweetened strawberries and honey instead of sugar.
