So a company is a union company against their will?

I think he's asking what would happen if a whole local chapter refused to follow a national organization mandated strike.
Such as all the members of the Norco union refusing to listen to USW.
I don't know if that would be crossing the line if they technically never went on strike. It's an interesting question I don't know the answer to.

Does anyone know what happens if a local refuses to follow strike orders?
Would lose funding and be kicked out of the national.

So lose all previous contributions to defense fund is the only downside.

Thats the largest IMO, yes. Being out of the national has its ups and downs like anything else though.

Walmart had a couple of stores vote to join the union. They were individual store and Walmart shite down the stores and fired everyone. I am sure they moved management...

Pretty much if it is legal on plant site they will get it for you at no cost. Set up lounge areas and a rec room.

I'd walk to the fence line and drink a beer thru a straw if I could right now.

What's your position? Union, non union, management?
But you can't sneak any alcohol in for when you're off the clock?
