I began cooking charbroil and guest have said I do it well. My problem was the shucking part, if I have 5 guest over I can't shuck the oysters fast enough and cook them. I began opening them before hand and cooking them in disposable small muffin pans. Make sure the flame is high enough where it comes up over the sides of what every they are cooking in.

Give a man a shucked oyster and he will eat for a day, teach a man to shuck and he will eat for a lifetime...
