I've been gluten free for 4 years and have seen huge benefits from decreased muscle soreness, easier gym gains, and elimination of seasonal allergies.
I love it, but it's my choice.
I don't give a frick what you eat, you shouldn't give a frick what I eat.
Regarding "softness"...my gluten-free self would kick the dog shite out of my pre gluten-free self.

No one gives a frick what you eat. I wouldn't know if you or anyone else is gluten-free if you didn't talk about it. That's the issue. That's why people get pissed.

this probably has nothing to with gluten, but more of your new diet
it just so happens that a lot of unhealthy foods have gluten in them
but good for you for feeling better
