Well, I don't care that much about PK's. I was more arguing that the Habs are a decent roster propped up by a phenomenal goalie. It makes them a Cup contender, but they only go as far as Price can take them. Without Price, they are probably fighting with Boston for playoff positioning (still easily in, though). With Price, they are fighting for the #1 seed.

The only team that truly scares me in the East is the Rangers, if Lundqvist gets healthy. Everyone else you can just put in a bag and shake up. Almost every series is a coin flip.

I'm not worried about the Kings. Two games in hand against the Sharks, and they are tied with the Flames, who just lost Gio for the season and traded away GlenX, who was 3rd on the team in points. Flames are packing it up.

Baloo, I always enjoy reading your posts. You're a good contributor to the thread and I remember you rooting for the Habs last year in the playoffs...so

But are you really insinuating that Carey Price alone is the difference between the last team in and the 1 seed?

That's funny - as a Rangers fan, the only team that scares me in the East is also the Rangers. We have been inconsistent on lines 2-4 this year.

Islanders don't scare you?
