So they fired all yall and hired new people later? Can you educate us on that facility in detail after the Tragedy?

The laid a lot of us off. Reassigned some others. some (the more senior employees) got to keep their jobs.
The place didn't shut down completely but after april of 86 it probably employed 1/4 of the people it employed prior to challenger.
the challenger explosion was 1/28 by 4/6 i was unemployed.

not sure what you mean by "detail" but, we were all brought into a meeting and instructed not to talk to media. Not to speculate on anything involving the program or the launch.
during the next few months production basically stopped.
we went from putting out a tank a month to maybe 1-2 a year.
