I know, I'm waiting for this year's poor mouthing to begin. It can't be the price of gasoline. The winter has been mild. We've had about average rainfall. But there's an explanation for high prices out there.

You are greatly misinformed. Crawfish farmers do NOT set any price ever unless they're selling directly to YOU. And fwiw any farmer worth their salt will sell to YOU for the same thing they'd get selling to a restaurant or wholesaler.

Crawfish farmers are the ones who get fricked. The middle man and retailer adjusts price and their profit margin is good.
