I used to get 3 to 4 sinus infections a year but that stopped as soon as my doctor prescribed Flounase for me about 3 years ago. One spray in each nostril a day and I haven't had an issue since.

Has the sinus surgery a year ago. Use to get 2-3 a year and just got my first one in 14 months since surgery.
They straightened my septum and cleaned everything out. Much happier now.
