do you mean Jennings had the weaker arm in HS. Scotts tape shows of great range. 33 seconds in, the kid flips the ball from his own 30 to the opposite 20 (50 yds) for a 65 yd td. (3rd and 8). 42 second into the film he flip one from the 42, 5 yds deep into the endzone. doesnt even step into the throw. @ 1:08 in the tape he launches another one 55 yds threw the air. finally @ 1:16, he launches another one 50 yds threw the air. The next play is a 80+ yds TD run. Jennings tape does not show much down field throwing. most quick stuff (snap and throw).

I am not comparing him to any of the 2016 QBs in this thread (cause they all are good). I do watch the film, and film dont lie.
