Alleva was at the NCAA meetings
the proposal didnt come up for vote at the NCAA meetings
this has nothing to do with Alleva
You guys are saying Alleva is cheap but he just added an 11th coach when he agreed to pay Haley his contract, but keep him in an administrative intern role.

this paves the way for schools to buy recruits by hiring their dad or HS coach
