Has there ever been a more disappointing hip hop artist than Lil Wayne? After Dedication 2 and Da Drought 3 (really all of about 04-08) he looked well on his way to being the best ever. Unfortunately that was his peak and he has, for the most part, sucked since.

he has dropped off and puts out a few shite songs but I still like most of his stuff. I hope Carter V is on Carter III level and then he should just retire
