It's at Koko fit club. All your workouts tracked on a computer.



Strength test is every 3-4 weeks. You do leg extensions, chest press, lat pulldown and bicep curls on the machine. They increase weights with each set and you do as many as you can as weights get heavier.

I've never done bikram. My favorite is restorative.

I've only done yoga twice, both times was Bikram.

The young lady leading the class weirded me out the second time because she kept telling the class I had a beautiful spine whatever that meant. It weirded me out...

So I didn't go back.

What if all the time people spent in gyms was spent outside doibg more productive things that also worked out the body? Practical things.

Are there any popular workouts people do where they accomplish more than just lifting weights and yey still work out different muscle groups well? I'd be so into that
