$120 a month. I like it there. Never super busy either and they have hours where it's not staffed so you just use your access card to get in. I've been the only person in there working out before(which is nice). Your workouts help you accumulate points which also helps motivate you. Each program is 24 sessions. When that program is done a staff member loads up a new program on your usb key fob they give you.
You can customize it as well. They have programs for all sorts of stuff. Ex: If you have back issues there is a program that will help strengthen your back without making it worse. And other health issues as well. Also programs say if you want to train for a marathon or lose baby weight.

I would love a free gym.
I won't stay at that gym longterm...too expensive. My other gym(LA Fitness) is only $25/mo. Just wanted to try something different for a lil bit.
