i think he intended to film the whole thing for his personal collection and when whatever happened to turn him off, or if he came too quick, he just kept recording, but with a different attitude...
she is a no name lawyer, so doubtful she was worth a lot of money, so why the blackmail angle? i doubt this was the case.... for whatever reason, he had an epiphany and didn't go thru with it, and recorded it anyway...
