So he gets no blane for any losses and all the praise for wins. Interesting

He gets blame for the losses which resulted from his poor play. Blaming him for the Redskins and 49ers losses this year for instance would be perfectly reasonable.

It takes a very powerful agenda to blame a QB for a loss in which he completed 80% of his throws, threw two TDs and had no turnovers though.

as an LSU and Tampa Bay Bucs fan, you can see why I get annoyed with Romo haters....Romo is a stud and has carried that franchise for years, I wish Tampa could trade 3 1st rd picks for him!!

3 might be a bit strong, lol, but it amazes me how easily some assume a good QB is to come by. Aaron Brooks must be a distant memory for some. They will find out soon enough when Drew retires (or is assumed into Heaven, or whatever...)

Redskins yes
49'ers no

The Niners got early fumble and were down 14-0 early.

The back thing that day was not medicated or px right, so I see where you can put on him due bad throws.

I put more on Linnehan Cal and Garrett though.

There are 25 or so teams in this league who would gladly swap QBs with the Cowboys.

Also, this claim that all Dallas fans support him is nonsense. There are tons of idiot Cowboys fans who bash him constantly. It's just mind boggling how fans of a franchise that spent nearly a decade jumping from brain dead Aikman through the Quincy/Testeverde/Henson/Chutch years to finally a washed up Bledsoe can lack such perspective on this matter. Dallas once started Ryan fricking Leaf in a game hoping to find a solution at QB, but frick Romo right?

Absurd

Tony Romo is an excellent quarterback. The problem with the Cowboys is Jerry Jones. When he gets a strong coach and quits acting as GM, they'll step up.

This is such bullshite, lol...are you 12?

Of COURSE he gets blamed when he is the problem. He just wasn't today (or this year) and you have nothing but yout irrational hate to sustain you. Enjoy.

You have no idea about Jerry as a GM I take it also.

It amazes me why people think Jerry has no clue etc because of 1 bad draft and when he stepped back to let Stevie try to run it.

I think Garrett has turned into a pretty solid coach. This Dallas team does NOT have the talent of a typical 12-4 team. They need about 6-7 new starters on defense and had absolutely NO depth on that side of the ball. Even the best part of their team, the O-line, is very young and prone to mistakes on blitz pickups.

The bottom line is that Aaron Rodgers was not playing nearly well enough today to say that giving up 26 was justifiable. If Rodgers plays like that against a good defense they probably don't score 10. They were literally conceding first and second down on runs all day and trying to convert 3rd and 6+. Dallas has to get better at stopping the pass.

Jones isn't the best GM, partly because he doesn't have the same level of football knowledge many GMs have and party because he has traditionally valued headlines over what is in the team's best interest.

For instance, trading up to $6 for a CB is never a good idea. Corners just aren't that valuable anymore with the way the rules are. But it was attention grabbing.

He is trending in the right direction, but I fear he doesn't have it in him to sit pat and just pick the best defender available for an entire draft like he needs to this year.

This year is the DL in FA
The Rusher has to be a draft guy unless Marinelli okay shim.
The Corner will be a draft guy

What I fear is that they overpay for a MLB as I'm not sold on McLain as long term and Lee is never going to be the same.

I want them to sign Suh

But I doubt they do. If that happens it's as salty as 4 man in group you can ask for.

That then allows Lee to not be rushed back.

They need a Tony Tolbert type DE though.

I wouldn't be surprised if Cleveland dangles JFF out there that the Cowboys bite. It would be perfect as he can sit for 2-3 years and learn from Linnehan

They have to many other holes on defense to do anything other than rely on Lee. As unreliable as he is, they just cant afford to try and replace him with all the other problems that need fixing.

I want no part of Manziel, love the guy but he isn't gonna work out in this league. He is never going to be a guy who can consistently sit in the pocket and beat teams.

Lee needs to come back strong. Woulda been huge this year. But DL is priority #1. Suh or otherwise...(not sure we have the cap room anyway)
