Dishwashers are light.
Remove the scres securing it to cabinet
turn front leg-screws up enough to clear your tile.
If you have a copper water line detach it first. You should have a long enough power lead to pull it out, if not turn off the breaker and remove the power, then pull the wire out and cap the black wire (in case you need the breaker back on)
Then undo the drain hose and pull it out.
Though a trick I do, is with a long screwdiver I press hard against the motor fins, and usually can work it free that way.
