So what is taking Orgeron so long to get snatched up? Is he just demanding an insane amount of money? Do a lot of coaches not want to work with him?

I saw that O said he had a great conversation with Mullen. The other day he said he had never talked to him.

This seems logical.
Top flight DC's probably want to bring staff with them and if we don't have spots for them it could limit their interest. It is MUCH more important we get a top flight DC than a top flight recruiter/DL coach.
