To me, JT is the man and there is no debate. You simply can't hinder the development of what could be the most complete QB in OSU history. Smart, athletic, big, fast and accurate. The complete package.
Braxton is not an NFL QB. Not big enough and too erratic as a passer. However, he's the best athlete in the B1G by far and maybe in the country. Regardless if he plays QB next year or not, he will be on the field somewhere.
I do think Cardale goes pro even though he's not ready. He just won't see the field ever again at OSU. He could transfer but would have to sit out a year. Word of advice, Cardale...stick it out at OSU and get your degree. You will forever be revered in C-bus and if anything could end up with a local broadcasting gig. Great kid and very humble.
I don't know anything about redshirt frosh Steven Collier, but if he doesn't transfer he has better learn a different position.
I've seen Joe Burrow play personally and the kid is an absolute stud. His dad is an assistant at Ohio U and if he went there he would be a 4 yr starter. At OSU he will be buried on the depth chart.
Torrance Gibson is a freak athlete but very raw as a QB. He may be the heir apparent to JT but he's 2 yrs away. Expect him to redshirt next year.

Yeah, I feel like Braxton should transfer, but Cardale should stay. JT may get beat up and they can use him for certain packages or whatever. It's crazy the different styles. Braxton is a running freak. I always considered him like Denard Robinson, but with a stronger arm. JT is the perfect passing spread QB. Cardale is a monster who can gun it, kind of a poor man's Cam Newton or Ben Roethlisberger. It's sick what is going on in Columbus.

Brax could also go pro but he would be a huge risk to any NFL club. He's a damn China doll.

He wouldn't get drafted if he went pro

Undrafted for sure but if pro means life long scout team player, then yeah he can go pro.

I never said he would get drafted. He would be a huge risk because he's so fragile. His best option is to return to CFB but who knows what he's thinking at this point.

He is such a great athlete that he will get picked up somewhere in the nfl. But that might be very short lived.
I'm confused as to why Joe Burrow is coming to Ohio State. I know that urban lives competition but the depth chart at QB is unreal. Gibson is gonna be very interesting as well. He wants a shot at QB but he will end up playing elsewhere IMO.

Burrow committed before Gibson so I'm sure at that time he felt he had a shot at QB. Burrow is also a damn good athlete and DB so you never know...could end up being another Darron Lee. Hard to believe Lee was a 180 lb QB at New Albany 2 yrs ago. Crazy.

He is and he will but not for long for sure. He's better off transferring and being the man for one last season if his body can survive the season and see what the League can offer him for a couple of years and then move on in life.

Oregon has had the same problem recently and they've lost a couple. That's the way it goes, good problem to have.
You going to the game?

We talked about going but tickets are crazy and unless you pony up and get decent seats, you're basically paying to watch it on a huge jumbotron.
I'll enjoy it sitting in my couch watching in my 65 inch TV drinking free bourbon on the rocks and be just fine, and save myself the $3000 round trip.

0.00% chance he ends up at LSU

He needs to go to whatever school pays the most

We also have Clark committed for 2017 and Haskins is looking solid for 2016. It really is an embarrassment of riches at the qb position.

Working on it. Made flight reservations using miles 6 weeks ago while it was still available. My mom has 2 tix that she's probably buying. Already have hotel reservations. Just waiting on work to approve a day off. I feel like I'm golden but we shall see. My cost will be about 300.

Nice, that's awesome. Have fun, hope it all works out!

Me too, just want to see a good game. Oregon winning, and seeing it in person, would be awesome.
Going to be a tough close game imo.

my buckeye friend says Braxton is going to FSU

I hope Harbaugh gets Michigan going soon so that Urban has more 'chest pain' and retires again. I hate it when OSU is good.
PS - good game OSU. Best of luck in Dallas.
