The Travelodge was downtown in the 400 block of Lafayette Street, between Lafayette and the river. It had a restaurant and a bar frequented by serious drinkers. It was demolished about ten years ago for the construction of an office/condo complex overlooking the river.

Good find. I probably watched that from the bar at Bombay Bicycle Club, where I drank with my fake id in HS.

Wow. Forgot about that place. It was a Travel Lodge wasn't it? I remember parking under there for free when going downtown for something.
