Yes those little guns would repel a government takeover

It would have to be because it sure as hell wouldn't be the military.
You mean the military that's been at war for what, 12 years? We have a lot of hands on experience. Or do you honestly believe the military would let you take what they have vested: pay and benefits, retirement, lifetime medical benefits.
You are not just walking up to DC armed in a mob, people will be shooting at you.

Feel free to try to come take mine away. Bring friends, I'll wait. Oh, and pack a lunch, cuz it's gonna be a long day.

f you have to register for a car/ license then how about a gun?
It's amazing to me how so many people in this country are too stupid to understand the difference between a right enumerated in the Constitution and a privilege granted by the state.

It's people like you that the Founding Fathers rebelled against. You're on the wrong side of this argument, but hey, keep digging that hole if you like.

People that want to overthrow the govt, the types are out there for all to see, only give a shite about their version of the constitution.
You don't like something? vote it out, its why we have a political system.

That wont happen and it would be unlawful.

It's real easy to play games with terms such as "lawful" and "unlawful".

Exactly. It's so easy to retort against the "nobody needs XXXX gun" argument.
Since when does the government get to decide what free citizens need or want?

It's not called the "bill of needs"

You are so ignorant and arse backwards that you have no idea what youre talking about. You are void. You stand for nothing. You are soulless. You deface the very doctrine that you swore to protect. Foreign and domestic. Do you know what that means dipshit? Thanks for your service by the way.

If you say no, you're saying that the government should restrict, to some extent, what weapons people can have. From there, we just need to figure out how much control the government should have.

"Arms" refers to small arms. Constitution already limited it.
