Why did the guy that got shot and his buddy make a bee line for the cop as soon as he pulled up? I know facts are insignificant to the insurgents but it looks to me like the two guys went straight over the cop and started kind of crowding him.

The popular logic around here would be the jails are filled with first marijuana possession cases and thus there is no room for these thugs?
In reality the number of dysfunctional youths engaging in criminal behavior is larger than our system can accommodate. We are inundated with useless, violent, shite that can not assimilate into a civil society.

I wouldn't take the word of people who showed up much later saying an ambulance didn't respond. One very well may have. If however, they discovered he was already deceased, they would leave him in place to preserve the crime scene.

That video shows nothing dude. It's impossible to make out the final events.
All we literally have is a dead young man with major character issues and he says she says from a questionable police force.
Not a good mix. But if he point a gun at the cop, then he triggered his own death.
