I love Miles, but Gruden is the one coach I would take over him.
Gruden's way of communicating and teaching is perfect for the college game. Gruden was in the NFL, but he is an ideal college coach.

Gruden is under .500 for the last six years he coached, never made it past the first round in his last six years, hasn't recruited since 1992, and doesn't have to balls to coach again at any level, but lets take him over one of the most successful guys in college football.
