With the goofy mentality of BR, how long is it before Catholic's location is considered "the hood"? Hell, it seems like many almost think it is now.

I actually considered that as I typed. I went to St. Joes. Never had a problem. But I know some friends who went to other schools thought I went to school in the hood back then. No clue what it's like now

It'll be a while. That area used to be more hood than it is now and it seems like the hoodlum frontier is slowly being pushed farther and farther away from Catholic. The new Government Street project should help big time.
