At this point it seems New Orleans, especially in the area surrounding the quarter, needs a strong organized crime element to keep these thugs under control.
My brother lives in the quarter and even recently bought a place and I hate worrying that someday he may run into a situation he can't handle

Having the mafia strong again would probably be a good thing for New Orleans.
