For what it is worth, I agree.
I would say that NOLA probably has better "cheap" food than NYC does though. I am sure NYC has about 20 commanders palaces though.

New York City is probably the 'best' at everything, but there's no fun in that. No one wants to read a list where NYC is obviously going to be #1. So yea, magazines and websites are going to mix things up.
