Yes, they have a low cost per barrel, but you have to look at their social budget. Seeing they need around $80'ish for their budget; reports vary.
I guess the better question is, in what terms are we talking.
Saudi vs Iran/Russia? Yea, they will win easy.
Saudi vs US Shale? No, this is the 80's anymore.
