This seems like a gigantic miss by the FO. He would have been a natural fit here with Payton finding ways to use him and he looks about as electric as they come as a returner all for a 4th rounder.

Really exemplifies how bad this draft was outside of Cooks

Honestly I don't even think cooks was even good. There were plenty of other WRs we could have gotten that are just as if not more productive than he has been this year

Cooks is no guarantee to be viewed as a "win" in the drafting department.
