My Neighbor's Dog

Anyone ever had trouble with their neighbor's dog howling or barking? My neighbor's dog howls all night past 11-12 o clock. I've heard of people throwing cheeseburgers soaked in antifreeze through the mail chute. Although slightly cruel, it's not illegal and there are an abundance of dogs out there that need adoption and I need better sleep at night. Seriously considering this or an alternative. The neighbor refuses to buy a bark collar or muzzle it so the only solution is to get rid of the animal somehow. Thoughts?

The fact that you are considering killing the dog makes you a very large piece of shite. Your parish or wherever the hell you live probably has a noise ordinance. Look into that.

As someone who just got a dog 2 weeks ago id be stuffing that cheeseburger down your throat instead
