Tell the doctor you have problems keeping it up. He will probably want to do tests for prostate problems, etc. You can get them and depending on your insurance, they still are expensive per pill. I think some are going to become generic next year. Don't fall for all the sensational BS. You get up and once you get off, you go down. No magic there. Waste for a young man with no real issues

Not necessarily true.
With the first bottle of Tadalafil I had, it would stay up for another 5 minutes or more after I was done. Which would make for a total of about 7 minutes.
Second bottle worked okay, but not a miracle worker like the first.
