Flipped over cop car

the plan was:

Police command hold ferguson, if shite hits fan, guard comes in to protect businesses. shite started to hit fan, Governor nor his whole clan could be found. Non answered phone calls, nothing.

So cops were outmanned and out numbered and fricked. They had to ask a armed security guard if he could try and hold the strip mall himself, they had to go to another place on fire and being looted.

So why did Governor not send them in? That was the plan. Then when smoke cleared and shite burned down, then suddenly they appeared.

Mayor of Ferhuson was literally calling every politician in state to get a hold of governor and ask him where are you???? Only ones who answered were some republicans he knows personally, but none had executive power, and they could not get a hold of Governor.

Some thing happened, some one told him to stand down with troops.

How on the heck was memphis the most peaceful law abiding protest in the country? I am shocked.
