This is the same guy who threatened to take his team to San Antonio after Katrina when N.O. was in the dumps. Also, he fought the state and made them put up a lot of money for every one of his construction projects, but now he will donate $11 million to Ohio to get his name on something.

It wasn't a business decision, it was a ploy to get the state to put up money to keep the Saints here. Benson knew he wasn't going anywhere, but he knew he could bluff the state of LA out of a big chunk of money.
