If Wisconsin wins next week and Ohio State beats them in the conference championship, the Buckeyes deserve to jump Miss State. I'm biased but that's my opinion.

I totally understand why people think otherwise because of the VT loss. I just don't think Miss State has done anything impressive to deserve being ahead of them at that point.

Like I've said, Ohio State's loss is twice as bad as anyone else's in the top 10.

Ohio State has one good win all year. And it is a very good one. However, using the same logic many are using against the SEC, how do we know that Minnesota is any good? Maybe they're just beating up on shitty Big Ten teams. Is Wisconsin just doing the same? They lost to one of the worst teams in the SEC West.

I don't think Ohio State should get in over Baylor/TCU either. Their loss is so terribly bad. They lost at home by 14 points to a team that might not make a bowl game out of the worst P5 conference.

I don't see any way that Ohio State has a top 4 resume at the end of the season, UNLESS one of the big 3 (Alabama, Oregon, FSU) drop a game.

I think Mississippi State should fall out of the top 4 because they have regressed since their win versus Auburn.

Their loss is twice as bad, but I'd argue their best win is 2x better than Miss State's.

We can point out one off games here and there to try and define teams all we want. LSU beat Wisconsin, TCU beat Minnesota by more than Ohio State did, blahblahblah. Transitive property is stupid. There are variables that factor into all games that skew things more than people like to admit.

If Ohio State wins out, I think they jump Miss State. Could be wrong, could be right. I think they'll need another team to lose to get in though.
