I think the Big 12 needs to lobby BYU hard. If they can't get them, their shortlist should include Cincy, La Tech, Memphis, Boise State, Notre Dame (might as well throw up a hail mary or two), and Nevada

Other than ND, the Big 12 will never offer any of the schools
