I don't see UH or any other texas team going to big 12 until a current texas team leaves. It wouldn't expand the conferences market at all.
UCF would be a good fit and give the big 12 a presence in one of the biggest football states, so that would make sense.
I also think Louisville is a school that the big 12 needs. Imo they should have taken Louisville instead of WVU.

I dont think you add UCF unless you add USF as well.

I guess the geography consideration is out the window already with West Virginia. The old Big 12 made a lot more sense geographically.
Even if UCF and Louiville were added, theres no logical way to split divisions. You'd have the Big 12 West and Big 12 East, Split by the SEC
