Yeah, the whole JRPG, WRPG, XVJRPG.7 bullshite is annoying. If you have to ask for an explanation of the acronym....there aren't enough people here to give a shite about voting on a category for it. And no one wants to tally that shite
Keep to to game of the year for each console, best FPS, best sports game, and then have a vote in "other" best of the year category.

The point was to branch out and be more inclusive for those who play more than FPS and sports games. I agree that there were too many categories, but getting rid of them isn't a good solution either.
