I'll revert to now favorite example...
JT Barrett sucked against VT (early in season)
He sucked against Penn St in an overtime win.
He is a freshman, taking his licks.
Meyer didn't really have a choice.
But now he's takin' his licks, learned his lessons. Low and behold OSU is in the running for a playoff spot... barely.
I don't know if he is the answer. It isn't staring any of us in the face. However, what is staring us in the face is what is NOT the answer.
This season is fricked. Was BEFORE the Arky game. I don't care what changes are made. This staff needs to show that they can change and adapt. Not for the fans. But for recruiting, the future, and yes that damn committee/media.
Why do you think LSU drops 8 spots when they lose a close one and Ole Miss or Bama barely move? Perception of LSU's current and FUTURE state of affairs. Not to mention, we are a laughing stock.

He probably isn't the answer, but at least try it for Godsake.

Wouldn't it be nice to find it out NOW, or as soon as possible.
If Harris got playing time NOW, there will be no excuse next year that he just wasn't "ready" yet. The whole point of getting Harris in NOW is so that he can get some big game experience and he won't be seeing it for the first time next year.

Harris hasn't had enough playing time to tell whether hes ready or not....for the love of God!!!!!!!!
One schitty start doesnt define what kind of QB we've got in him.
AJ has had several schitty starts.... and finishes for that matter.
No one can say with any certainty at all that Harris is not ready...no one.
On the other hand, we've seen AJ all season........ Need I say more?

if he's not the answer, then you fire the assclown recruiters ... these are the same assclowns btw who made the many, many decisions that led to this point where these are the only two options at QB.
see where i'm going with this?

If the TAMU game was at Death Valley, and Jennings came out on the field to start the game he would be boo'd a second time. Yeah, some of those would be for Miles
CLM isn't doing him any favors at this point. He might think he is. He isn't. The only way Jennings makes a come back now is to go undefeated next year. And if we get a repeat... catastrophe.

LSU has 2 games left to find out if BH is the answer (or get him game experience). Neither are at home. At least 1 of those is against a crappy D. I want to see new formations too (not the spread). 3 WR's, Fournette or Magee (both can catch) in the backfield. We know BH can use the whole field because of his arm strength where AJ can't. Let's try this thing. Is he a porche, a ford, or a citron.
ETA: btw Miles is probably fricked. If BH works like a porche, even a ford, the Miles catches hell for not doing it sooner. If BH isn't the answer, WTF is next season gonna bring? LSU will probably be unranked to start the 2015 season for the first time in a long time. Only one thing saves him... stick with Jennings and it starts to click. I'm scared as frick about this.

The onus is on Les and Cam. Every team doesn't have a great quarterback, in fact most teams don't. But most teams have at least a functional quarterback who, having been "coached", can execute a system. Les and whatever goon he's had as OC have sucked at this very common part of their job description.

This. And who's behind it all, #1 head man himself that put them in this situation.

if he's not the answer, miles is a horrible qb evaluator
