I guess there were only 25 of them made to start with but I still wouldn't think that it would fetch that kind of money in any case. Imagine if there was a Jordan rookie card with only 25 of them floating around and it was autographed, what kind of money would it fetch?

No one.
They set the price way above market to solicit offers. Then, they will look at the offers and see if the highest one is acceptable.

The ebay and paypal transaction fees are going to be killer.

I could have way more fun with my 100k long before I ever cared to buy a card. That's dumb

The card market is in the shitter and that wouldn't fetch near 100k. They normally set the price at a ridiculous mark up and take the highest bid.

It's not actually in the shitter, you have no clue what you're talking about.
go look at cardtarget data. Wild prices have been fetched for cards recently for PSA 8s, 9s, and 10s -- have been substantially higher now than ~7-10 years ago

I'm speaking about baseball cards in particular, but wouldn't imagine the sport makes a difference. Not looking at your site. I don't care. The market is dead

You can get that card, in better condition, for under 10k. Why not just but one and then get MJ to sign it?

The fact that it is #23 of 25 puts a premium on it as well.
Nice card!
Nice card!
