I am attempting to watch the LSU basketball game on WatchESPN which carries the SEC Network+. I can watch other games, but not the LSU game. Is it blacked out in LA?

It's not loading for me either.

Works fine for me, my computer had trouble loading it earlier, though. Watching from South Carolina FWIW

I believe I have discovered the problem. I have AT&T Uverse internet, therefore I can get ESPN3, but not the other WatchESPN networks including SEC Network+. In order to get the other networks you have to get your TV service through participating providers. I have Directv, which apparently is not a participating provider. Neither is Dish. However Cox, Comcast, and Uverse TV are.
That is why some of us are left out.
This sucks!!!!

I feel your pain, I went through that with Time Warner Cable, who still doesn't support SECN+. Luckily I was able to get Uverse login info.
