May I ask which?

I recently jumped from one to the other. Some are more willing to negotiate than others. There's likely some play in the numbers, but it's based on a formula with only minor adjustments. It depends on which grade/class/level they offer vs your experience.

Vacation is probably nonnegotiable, but you can certainly get credit for service and not lose the 3rd week (assuming new has same vacation schedule).
